Equinox: Truth and Magic

March has been a month of weekend road trips to squeeze in together time. With Tim at his last away rotation in school before babe comes and me 8ish months pregnant. The perk to a 5hr separation for us was he spent the month in Page, AZ being hosted by thee sweetest family and spending lunch hours at horse bend.

We stared the month with two sweet shared weekends in Sedona. One for his PA conference and one for my time at SYF (which were both hosted at the same hotel... And... we both presented in the exact same conference room for our individual PA and Yoga shares... Kinda funny magical as per us to energetically overlap two completely different experiences) This weekend I finally made the drive to see the beautiful Navajo land around Page... What an absolutely majestic and beautiful section of Gaia. Here are some reflections that came bubbling up:

The vibrations, the spirit all so palatable in the energy here...

The art of nature always keeps me coming back for more and more. Seeking out places beyond the crowds, past the chattering minds of tour buses, schedules, buzzy energy and into the whispers of canyons.

Slot canyons like this one tucked away in plain sight with walls covered in story lines from years of waters journey through this red earth rock. Feminine curves with the strength of masculine high walled holding.

As the equinox reminds us all of how nature plays with time in patterns and seasons... I'm reminded of this spring being symbolic to my own birth into Motherhood. I'm reminded of ways that nature over time has and will change me like these canyons rich with story and pregnant with life force.

There is no telling how the seasons will continue to flow through my own earthly channel and create the path deeper into my own depths.

Beyond the chatter of my mind I feel the spirits, the energy moving through canyon like avenues of my body. Hearing the whispering of the magical art form coming beyond the next curves and bends that will awe me in wild inspiration.

I wonder out into the masses how this time of re-birth, spring and equality of shifting dark into light will touch the nature of each human. Each of you as your paths are in constant creation and flow...

Love and prayers for healing paths to each of us and our great Mother!

I respectfully acknowledge the land on which I live and work is the territory of O’odham Jewed, Akimel O’odham (Upper Pima) and Hohokam Nations.

I also honor and give thanks to my indigenous Cherokee, Celtic and Nordic ancestors, whose wisdom and medicine I am here to remember and carry.
